General terms and conditions
Last updated: 20 September 2026
1. Parties and purpose
These terms govern the purchase of the courses that SuturaLab, tax ID [NIF pendiente], registered at [Domicilio pendiente], offers at suturalab.webpeter.com. By creating an account or buying a level, you accept these terms.
2. Courses and prices
The catalogue is organised into independent levels. The Esencial level is free. Paid levels are bought with a single payment, with no subscription or automatic renewal, and grant permanent access to that level and its updates. The prices in force, taxes included, are always those shown on the site’s pricing page.
3. How to purchase
You need an account with your name, email and a password. Before confirming payment you will see the course, the total price and these terms. After payment you receive an email confirmation and access is activated in your dashboard. The invoice is issued electronically.
4. Right of withdrawal and its loss
As a consumer you have fourteen (14) calendar days from purchase to withdraw without giving reasons, by writing to hola@suturalab.com or using the statutory withdrawal form.
Loss of the right: since this is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, when you confirm the purchase you will be asked to expressly request immediate access and to acknowledge that, once you start consuming the content, you lose the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 103(m) of the Spanish consumer protection act. As long as you have not accessed the content, the right remains intact and the refund is made within 14 days at most using the same payment method.
5. Access, use and account
Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials and downloading, copying or redistributing the material for commercial purposes are prohibited. Breach allows us to suspend the account without refund.
6. Nature of the certificate
Passing the final exam issues a certificate of achievement downloadable as a PDF. It is not an official healthcare accreditation, grants no professional competence and does not authorise procedures outside each professional’s scope of practice.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability, with occasional maintenance interruptions. We may improve or reorganise the content of a level; if a change substantially reduced what you bought, we will tell you and you may request a refund for the part not used.
8. Customer service and complaints
Contact us at hola@suturalab.com. We handle complaints within one month at most. If you live in the European Union you may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. For disputes with consumers, the courts of the consumer’s place of residence have jurisdiction.
